My Can't-Live-Withouts Pt. 1

I am back.

I know, I know I published a lot today but I have so many ideas under my belt. Which is a weird saying actually. Huh.

First thing's first for future readers (hopefully)! When someone actually reads this...

I know the construction of this SIMS 3 blog was bad timing. I got it. Loud and clear. So, it's simple. When Sims 3 dries to a crust like Sims 2 did with TS3'S release it will simply be a Sims 4 blog.

Ok, back to business.

This a short, top-of-my-head list of things I really cannot live without!

First:

Shirts from Sentate! They are the most versatile things in the world, frankly. From hipsters to goths to partiers to beige-wearing mommies, they are for everyone. So CASTable, so loveable. A few of my faves from the site are The Ventrius  Trench in the outerwear section and The Cecilia Peplum Top, Wallace Tee, Darko Vest, and Zara Shirt in the Tops section. I also like the Prudence Dress (so glamorous, yet mature).  Sorry for no pics. The creator behind the works of art at Sentate have set up their online "shop" where I do not know how to copy pictures off of it. Perhaps it's on purpose??Whatever it is, a huge Paloma_basset THANK YOUUU for these babies. So grateful. Anyway here you go with the linkies:

Me thinks this blog will have a slight obsession with Senate in the coming months :P!

Dos:

Soapies from Mod The Sims' brilliant creation...

That is RIGHT...Well if you guessed it was an utterly ADORABLE Real Estate sign, it is! This sign is cute, handy, versatile and so, so, so, SOOO Realismish! This IS what Realismish MEANS. Dare I say it is the essence. So excited all over again :D!

I love it. Can't you tell? I am going to plot these all over my cute little neighborhoods. Just wow.

If you are as weirdly excited as I am at this creation, you can download it at MTS. With free registration, of course (you know the drill at MTS, right?)

Thank you buckets, Soapies. Oh my god. Not intentional. He he he he....ehhhhh. Anyways, thanks Soapies. You guys are real inventors over at MTS!

Ooh! Aah!

This is one of Baufive's street scenes from his great set "Into The Light". I love it to bits. Baufive is another one of those Realismish essences. He has another winner on the list, too :)))).

These are glowing signs. They require Late Night (REQUIRE. NOT AN OPTION.)

He has a whole dark room of pics over at his site. I love it. Have I mentioned I love it? So excited  undusting my true love CCs once again. This is why CC is so ADDICTING! EA would never make this, and if they would it would look "eh" and cheapy. I'm not bitter.

One more.

Or two. Tee Hee.

Thank you soooo much Baufive! Pu-leeez create for TS4 or I will die. Ok? Ok.

Baufive again!

Toldja.

This time it is a beautiful and creative set for your Simmie's Craftsman dream houses.

What's so great about these is that they are so NEW. So inventive. Some look like half-open doors, one looks like a pocket door, there is even a screen porch set included. It really inspires you to build.

Once again, thanks Baufive. TYX1,000,000! :)

Kay, one more for now.

WOE'S really, just extremely creative Fence Bridges!

What's a bridge?

Well, if you have ever been in deep Suburbia, all the fences connect, which is normally impossible in TS3. Well thanks to WOE'S braininess it is no longer.

BEHOLD!

Essentially, this is a decorative object to just make your Simming...more...Realismish!

Visit Woe's Land Of Woe for more explanation. Thank you, Woe for your brilliant creation. No words :).

Welp, there you have it.

Blogging up the air,
